Mary's Books of Inspirational Poetry
In December 2006, life as Mary McManus had come to know it came to a screeching halt. She was diagnosed with post polio syndrome at Spaulding Rehab's International Rehab Center for Polio. But out of the pain, weakness, fatigue and an uncertain future, Mary discovered the gift of poetry in her soul. As she wrote New World Greetings:Inspirational Poetry and Musings for a New World, she felt as though she were taking dictation; that the messages of love, hope, healing, urging people to move beyond limited thinking and feelings of lack and limitation were flowing through her at warp speed. Mary's second book of inspirational poetry is due to be released later this year. She is writing her third book of inspirational poetry, City Enlightenment.
Mary is the poet at large for blog talk radio shows Its All About You and is also the co-host for City Enlightenment.
